When you decide to join, we will confirm your booking and the following conditions will apply. We always advice to consider arranging a travel- or cancellation insurance.

Special condition

In case we need to cancel the event due to Corona regulations imposed by the government or other events outside our control we will refund all payment after deduction of all actual expenses we had until the moment of cancellation.

In case we need to implement or change entry conditions such as QR-Codes or testing we expect you to comply. In case you decide to cancel the cancellation conditions as stated below apply.

Cancellation Conditions for confirmed bookings

Your application is binding. Payment has to be done and arrived onto our bank account within 7 days after the booking conformation we will send. In case of cancellation we will charge as follows:

• no charge if you send an email within 5 working days after our confirmation. Make sure you receive an answer from us!
• 25% of the price up to 1 months before the start of the event
• 75 % of the price up to 2 weeks before the start of the event
• 100 % of the price within 2 weeks before the start of the event
