Participants & Children
We again expect 150 dancers and children from over 10 different countries.
Children are welcome, but we expect parents to organise entertainment themselves. However there are a lot people with many talents and probably willing to assist. Be aware that the dormitories and dance hall are at about 3 minutes walking distance.

Accommodation
We will sleep in simple buildings with dormitories (up to 5 people per room) and large dining/dance spaces. The dance hall is a separate building, max 3 minutes walk from the dormitories.
If you want to have more privacy you can go to a nearby bungalow park (find email under 'receptie') or find a bed and breakfast place. This link might help: Bed & Breakfast. Search between Utrecht and Amersfoort.

What to bring
Bed sheets and blankets/sleeping bag (make sure you have enough some winters are cold), your dancing gear, all you might need to celebrate, inspiring music, books, etc.. We stay in a beautiful forest, so take walking cloths if you want. A few weeks before the camp we will inform you on all further details.

Tasks
We ask everyone to do about 2 times a week a little shift up to 1 1/2 hour, for example preparing the tables, dishwashing, helping at the bar.

Prices
The prices are indicative and based on the prices of last camp. We will try to stick to them and present final prices as soon as possible. You can only book for the full 6 days.

Application
You can register per couple or as single. Because we like to have an equal number man-woman we might use a waiting list (probably for single woman). At previous camps we always managed to get everybody in.
Please register with the booking form. We expect participants to pay within 10 days after confirmation of the booking.

Bank details

Cancellation condition
Your application is binding.
Payment has to be done and arrived onto our bank account within 14 days after our booking conformation. Otherwise we preserve the right to cancel your booking.
In case of cancellation we will charge as follows:
* no charge if you cancel your booking within 3 days from our conformation
* € 50,- booking fee until 3 weeks before the event
* 70% if you cancel later
